SIBL/MYMENS/INV/201   /            dated                   , I, A.S.M Mizanul Ahsan son of Late A.F.M Ishaque & Late Fatema Begum  of Present & Permanent Address : 26/D, Moneswar, 1st Lane, Hazaribagh, P.S- Hazaribagh,  Dist-Dhaka have mortgaged below ‘A’ Schedule property against the security BAIM-Agri(Revolving) Investment limit of Tk. 1,80,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Eighty Lac) only of A/C MANTAF AGRO LIMITED, represented by it’s (i) Chairman Mr. A.S.M Mizanul Ahsan  &  (ii) Managing Director M. Noor Khan, having it’s Business Address : Konabakhail, Sankibhanga, Trishal, Mymensingh & Registered Office Address : 26/D, Moneswar, 1st Lane, Hazaribagh, P.S- Hazaribagh,  Dist-Dhaka,  Now following ‘B’ Schedule deeds & documents are submitted with your Branch to keep the same in safe custody of the Bank and I shall not demand back the documents before full & final adjustment and payment the said loan.

03    Dhaka City Survey Printed Porcha Khatian no. 17315, Plot no. 28225 and other plots in the name of M/S. East-West Property Development Pvt. Ltd, Area of land 49.72 decimal.
